Bio:
Vladislav Davidzon is the European culture correspondent at Tablet, a fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center, and the author of “From Odessa With Love : Political and Literary Essays in Post-Soviet Ukraine”. He is the founder and Chief Editor of The Odessa Review. He is a contributor to Foreign Policy Magazine and the Opinion Section of the Wall Street Journal. He studied human rights law in Venice.

Halyna Kostyuk – literary critic, teacher. She received the degree of candidate of philological sciences, having defended her thesis on Ukrainian poetry at the Institute of Literature named after T. Shevchenko of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. She teaches Ukrainian at the St. Josaphat school. Halyna is the author and co-author of several catalogues of modern Ukrainian art. This year she presented a talk at the Congress of the Canadian Association of Slavists. Her latest publication is in the Western Canadian Science Collection at the University of Alberta.
