Golemenkov, Denys Gol. Den. was born in Kyiv, Ukraine. In Kyiv he completed a degree in Fine Arts, followed by four years of graduate studies in Architecture. Upon immigrating to Canada he studied Graphic Design at IADT and has worked as a professional graphic designer since 1990.
Throughout his career in Graphic Design, Denys has maintained a passion for painting and visual art. Denys’ love for architectural design has inspired his use of bold lines and saturated colours to convey form and emotion in his paintings. While his subject matter is varied to include cityscapes, landscapes, and even still life, Denys’ distinctive technique easily binds one piece to another, each one expressing a unique emotion. His works can easily be a feature in any professional or home environment and would complement any modern interior.
During his 20+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Denys has applied his skills and talents to create works in concept design, packaging, as well as other print and web design.
